Friends,

I am closely monitoring Russia’s invasion and attack on Ukraine, and I fully support President Biden imposing devastating economic consequences.

Our resolve to hold Russia accountable for its actions must be strong and united. We all must be clear that there is no “genius” in the invasion and overthrow of a democratic country, only a brutal and unjust dictatorship that must be condemned.

During times like this, we may feel helpless or even hopeless. But we can come together to help those impacted by this invasion. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your support of these two organizations:

Voices of Children is dedicated to providing psychological and psychosocial support to children affected by the war in eastern Ukraine. Their mission is to leave no child alone with the trauma of war.

United Help Ukraine is providing individual first aid kits and other emergency medical supplies to the front lines and working with other emergency response organizations to give humanitarian aid to civilians.

Please, if you can, donate to Voices of Children and United Help Ukraine to support Ukrainians during this time:

Thank you for taking the time to support those who need our help the most.
