The U.S. government should not endorse chimerical “rights” based on membership in special identity groups, which weakens the protection of fundamental rights grounded in human dignity. Civil and political rights are enshrined in the Constitution and protected under federal and state laws. These provide ample tools for fighting cases of discrimination. President Biden should abandon the National Strategy on Gender Equity and Equality. His Administration should return, instead, to the firm foundation of equality and biological reality. This requires recognition rather than denial of the innate differences between men and women.

By applying nondiscrimination laws to businesses they deem to be public accommodations, the states of Colorado and Washington have so far found a way to subjugate the First Amendment rights of those proprietors to the desire of individuals seeking a particular wedding product or service from a particular vendor. To date, they have consistently found the latter be the more compelling. But one wedding vendor in Colorado is hopeful that such a trend won’t last.

So, to be clear, the school would have had to phone Littlejohn for permission to administer an Advil; presumably if Littlejohn’s daughter had been suffering from depression or anxiety in school, parents would have been notified as well. But the school purposefully avoided telling Littlejohn about her daughter considering whether she was a boy or a girl, and all the attendant acts toward social transition—all of which are often followed by hormone replacement or surgery. The school not only felt no duty to keep Littlejohn in the loop, but it also treated Littlejohn as an enemy to her own child.

Christy Lozano, a teacher at the Santa Barbara Unified School District, has revealed that teachers are expected to access a password-protected portal for teaching “culturally responsive material.” She has exposed the far-left content with Laura Ingraham, and she recently provided me with the materials as well.

Gender ideology has been working its way into America's public schools for years—in both the official curriculum and extracurricular activities. On a parallel track, students have been introduced to gender ideology through social media “influencers,” helping fuel a rise in gender dysphoria among children. As a result, schools have begun enabling gender-confused students to “socially transition”—without their parents’ knowledge or consent. But a few brave parents have started to speak out, to defend their rights and the rights of their children. Join us for a timely discussion of these issues, with firsthand accounts from public school parents.

Sincerely,
