Every day, Imani fights to uplift marginalized voices.
When the government failed to renew the federal eviction moratorium, Imani went to Washington to stand up for Black families and secure housing justice. When New Jersey’s corrupt political machine tried to use Black voters as political pawns during redistricting, she secured fair representation for Black voters in NJ-10.
And now, she’s fighting to make history as the FIRST Black woman (and FIRST woman, period) to represent NJ-10.
Elect Black Women PAC is an organization dedicated to supporting qualified, powerful Black women candidates at every level of government. They’re committed to building the political power of women like Imani — women who are most impacted by the racial inequity, violence, and injustice built into every facet of our country.
Elect Black Woman PAC is throwing their support behind our race because the stakes are too high to sit out this year, and they’re absolutely right. We need leaders like Imani in New Jersey — leaders who won’t stop fighting until our schools are fully-funded, our health care is protected, and our civil and voting rights are safe. That’s the leadership Imani’s ready to bring to Congress.
