John,
We’re stepping up our fight for Coverage4All—with 154,000 lives on the line, it’s critical we make our demands heard to Governor Hochul and our NYS representatives.
The pandemic has made clear that every person deserves affordable access to healthcare. Yet, too many of our frontline essential workers and immigrant New Yorkers can not get the health coverage they need because of their immigration status. Coverage4All would ensure access to lifesaving care would be available to all New Yorkers, regardless of immigration status, to keep our state strong and ready for recovery.
We’re headed to Albany on March 2nd to mobilize support for this issue, demanding the inclusion of Coverage4All in this year’s budget. Register by Friday, February 25th at noon for a seat on the bus from NYC, Long Island, Hudson Valley, Central New York, or Western New York as we advocate for our immigrant communities!
