Tomorrow, the Supreme Court of Texas will have a hearing on the Texas Heartbeat Act.

So far, our HISTORIC law has withstood every legal attack from the abortion industry (including two trips to the U.S. Supreme Court).

But now, our State Supreme Court will consider whether this lawsuit can continue.
