BREAKING: Republican senators just rammed through another one of Trump’s radical judges to the federal bench.

Even though Steven Menashi flatly refused to answer questions during his confirmation process over whether he helped Trump cover up his impeachable phone call with the president of Ukraine, the GOP fell in line and confirmed him to a lifetime judicial appointment just below the Supreme Court, where he could go on to hear key cases including on Trump’s business dealings. Menashi’s confirmation process was full of red flags, but none of them mattered in the end — not when the GOP’s only true priority is to pack the courts with corporate hacks and conservative ideologues.

We cannot let the GOP hijack our courts.

Tell Republicans to do better

We can’t kid ourselves — the judiciary is as partisan as any other branch of government, and Republicans dominate it. Use your voice and tell Senate GOP leadership that their judicial takeover is unacceptable.
