John,
It's official: earlier this month, the Washington State legislature approved a new congressional map. This map means our district has gotten even more competitive and we're in for our toughest race yet.
Under this new map, 20% of Kim's constituents are new to the district. Now, we have less than nine months to reach the more than 150,000 new voters in Kim's district and we're counting on the support of this grassroots team to help us do it.
Rush a donation of $5 or more before our end-of-month fundraising deadline to help us reach Kim's new constituents so we can protect her seat and our Democratic House majority.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
This district will not only remain the most competitive congressional race in Washington State – but Sabato's Crystal Ball is calling it one of the country's "top bellwether seats this cycle." And election experts at Cook Political Report and Sabato Crystal Ball are both calling WA-08 a "toss-up."
We can't hold onto the House majority without winning in WA-08, but it won't be easy. Kim doesn't accept a dime of corporate PAC money, so she needs your help to spread her message to every corner of the new 8th District.
Chip in right away to help us reach our February end-of-month fundraising goal to ensure we have the resources to reach Kim's new voters and keep her in Congress fighting for us.
Thanks,
Devon
Team Schrier
To hold the House majority, we must re-elect Rep. Kim Schrier in WA-08. Will you chip in to protect Kim's seat and the Democratic House majority in 2022?
