As his home state of Texas passed a draconian 6-week abortion ban, Henry Cuellar was the only Democrat to vote NO on the Women’s Health Protection Act to safeguard abortion access nationwide.

[Cuellar] regularly supported former President Donald Trump’s attacks on the Title X family planning program and was the only Democrat on the House Appropriations Committee in 2021 to support the Hyde Amendment, which bars federal health insurance programs like Medicaid from covering abortions.
Texas needs progressives like Jessica, who will FIGHT BACK against right-wing attacks on reproductive rights.
