Friend, You won’t want to miss today’s episode of Revolutionary Faith. On this episode, we bring to you an intergenerational conversation on voting, inclusion, and the special kind of community we find when we tell stories and work across generations. Today, I’m hosting four guests who are putting their faith into action by expanding the electorate in Florida: Pastor Rhonda Thomas, executive director of Faith in Florida; Dr. Lavon Bracy, director of democracy for Faith in Florida; and Erica Morman and Mia Morrison, both youth fellows at Faith in Florida. What started as a five-week summer youth program at Faith in Florida has grown into a year-long fellowship for these talented young women. They are now working on the ground in communities in Florida to register voters and expand the electorate. What started as a small idea has grown to make a big difference. |
