Jack, we just won a huge victory for fair maps with the ruling. They are throwing out the bunk Congressional map. But I’m keeping this short because we need to take this information and run with it, so I’ve got some doors to knock.
We’ve been dealing with unfair representation since 2010, just like Georgia. Georgia did it. So can we. The fight continues. The only way we can change our government – including changing out the people who drew these bad maps – is by showing up to the polls and voting them out. I have a team of field organizers who are doing just that, right alongside me. Our entire organization is bent on turning out as many voters of color for 2022 as possible.
Everything is on the line this year. A State Supreme Court we can count on, and our only defense against these awful maps is on the line. We could lose it all if we don’t succeed. Please consider giving a $15 contribution today to help us get out the vote. Let’s not make our state even more famous for bad maps. We’re famous enough as it is.
