Hi there,

[link removed] you agree that polluters should be the ones to pay to clean up their toxic mess?

Sign our petition calling on Congress to make polluters pay to clean up toxic waste sites! ([link removed])

One in five Americans lives within three miles of a toxic Superfund site. Superfund sites are some of the most polluted places in our country, causing elevated health risks for communities near them and additional dangerous hazards when extreme weather events like hurricanes strike. Yet for years our federal government hasn't prioritized cleaning them up.
For the first time in decades, the Bi-partisan Infrastructure Bill reinstated some polluter pays policies and provided billions in much needed superfund clean-up, but there is a lot more work to do.

That's why we need Congress to pass the "polluter pays" tax on petroleum to fund the Superfund program, speed up the cleanup process, and ensure that no one lives in a community threatened by toxic waste.

Sign now to make polluters pay! ([link removed])
