XY athlete Lia Thomas smashes records, yet again.

🏊 Yet again, XY athlete Lia Thomas easily beat the female competition at the Ivy League Women’s Swim Championship and crushed previous records held by hard-working female athletes. Thomas — who competed for three years on the UPenn Men’s Swim Team — has dominated women’s collegiate swimming competitions this season. Thomas just set another new pool record: 500m free with a time of 4:37:32.

Allowing biological males to swim on women’s teams limits female swimmers’ opportunities to compete, receive scholarships, and win.

“It is impossible to watch the video of Lia swimming in women’s Ivy Championships and think this is fair to female swimmers. Lia has clear male athletic advantages – advantages that testosterone suppression cannot erase and that female athletes can’t possibly attain, no matter how hard they train."

------------------------------------------------------------
Smash-and-grabs, carjackings, and homicides are spiking even as the Left attempts to downplay their disturbing rise. No parent should have to wonder whether their college kid will be randomly killed on a subway train. No business owner should have to accept that a hammer may shatter her peace at any moment. ([link removed]) It is asinine for a member of Congress to attribute rising theft to down-on-their-luck parents stealing baby formula because the child tax credit “ran out.” Read more. ** Longer Stays in Foster Care Can Harm Children ([link removed])

Illinois keeps children in foster care longer than any other state in the country, according to calculations we made based on data from the National Data Archive on Child Abuse and Neglect. Twenty-six percent of children in the state remain in care four years after being removed ([link removed]) — a rate four times higher than for children nationally. Read more. ([link removed])

** The Violence Against Women Act ([link removed])
------------------------------------------------------------
The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), or S. 3623, was recently introduced in the Senate, and this latest version has a new twist — the word “women” has been struck out and replaced with “individuals.”

Can you identify which of the following is not true about VAWA?

A. VAWA was first enacted with bipartisan support in 1994 to prevent violent crime, particularly violence against women.
B. Since VAWA’s enactment, there have been numerous reports of waste, fraud, and abuse.
C. VAWA recognizes women are overwhelmingly the majority of victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
