2 minutes and 2 seconds for the uncontacted Ayoreo

Dear Jack,

Do you have 2 minutes to read this, and then 2 seconds to act for an uncontacted tribe in Paraguay?

Paraguay's Chaco Forest, home to the uncontacted Ayoreo people, is being cut down faster than any other forest in the world. Agribusiness companies have destroyed so much of the Ayoreo territory it’s now at a turning point, and we’ve just uncovered a plan to cut down a vast new area within the heartland of the Ayoreo-Totobiegosode territory. Meanwhile, the Paraguay government is doing nothing to stop it.

So the recently-contacted Ayoreo, Indigenous organizations and Survival are all asking the Inter-American Human Rights Commission (IAHRC/CIDH) to order the Paraguay government to return the Ayoreo's land to them. Their survival and their uncontacted relatives’ survival depend on it. Will you join us? ✊

our [uncontacted] relatives will die.”

As always, thank you. Together we’ll carry on fighting - for tribes, for nature, for all humanity.
