Jamaal's been officially endorsed by both of New York's Senators, Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand!
Since Jamaal was sworn into Congress, he's worked closely with Sens. Schumer and Gillibrand to bring resources to our communities — addressing the most pressing issues with holistic and bold action.
From securing funding for flood relief to funding for establishing green spaces within the district, the work that they're doing is just getting started.
The truth is that even with these endorsements — the race to keep Jamaal in Congress will get a lot more competitive before the primary. We need to ramp up our efforts now when it counts the most.
Your contributions help us pay for organizing tools, digital tools that help us reach and connect with new constituents and audiences, and fuel mutual aid efforts on the ground in New York's 16th District.
And unlike Jamaal's establishment challengers who will also be fighting for votes and support in our new district, Jamaal doesn't have the luxury of self-funding our campaign, or writing five-figure checks to himself.
