Millionaire celebrity surgeon and GOP Senate candidate Dr. Oz recently stopped by Newtown for a campaign event at Jim Worthington’s Newtown Athletic Club.
Over the weekend, he told the crowd that Democrats are in over their heads, repeated dangerous misinformation related to coronavirus treatments and said that he cannot be bought.
The Republican candidate has thrown $10 million of his own money toward the race — he's the one who is out-of-touch with the people of Pennsylvania.
Let’s be clear: The last thing our communities need is another wealthy celebrity falsely claiming that he can solve our state’s problems.
