I’ve come to you guys asking for political advice before and it was so helpful I thought I’d also crowdsource some advice on a personal level.

As you know, Pam and I are expecting our first baby very soon, and so I wanted to reach out to all the parents and grandparents on our team to steal some advice.

Do you have any tips for a soon-to-be first time dad? I’d especially love to hear if you had any big lessons or things to avoid the first few months.

If you have any tips you can share for two soon-to-be-parents, we’re all ears…
