Dear John,

With our nation's schools teaching harmful ideologies, there is a spiritual battle being waged for the hearts and minds of our children. But thankfully, parents are waking up to "woke" radicals administering America's public schools.

First, COVID-induced distance learning resulted in many parents discovering what their children were being taught -- and they didn't like it. Then moms, dads, and other concerned citizens showed up at their local school board meetings objecting to destructive Critical Race Theory (CRT) ideology, transgender policies undermining parental authority, and pornographic books in school libraries.

A groundswell of citizen opposition began to grow in school districts across the country, so much so that the Biden administration attempted to stop it.

Solicited by top Biden officials, the National School Boards Association (NSBA) was coached in writing a letter to President Biden asking the federal government to investigate parents as "domestic terrorists."

The Department of Justice quickly agreed.

But the far Left's intimidation of concerned parents exercising their First Amendments rights is a losing tactic.

In the 2021 general elections, public education was front and center. When Virginia Democratic nominee and former governor Terry McAuliffe declared, "I don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach," education became the top issue for Virginia voters.

Family Research Council has been leading the charge to protect our nation's children.

That's why I am reaching out for your help in this fight against the extremism infiltrating our public education system.

Your generous gift today will rally more Americans to expose the far Left's indoctrination and protect the next generation.

You see, Virginia is not the only state where concerned citizens are pushing back. The education issue became a priority for many local races around the country.

Conservative candidates in the Houston Independent School District defeated two incumbents in four run-off elections by focusing their campaigns on mask mandates and CRT.

In Denver, conservatives won all four open seats on the school board and won back the majority. At this rate, it won't be long until they take back all seven seats in that Colorado district.

Local school board races may be less exciting than presidential or gubernatorial campaigns, but if parents want to defend their children from the far Left's agenda, this is the solution. And it's working!

FRC will continue to expose the far Left's attempts to indoctrinate our children and mobilize parents, teachers, and concerned citizens to take back America's classrooms. If you can't run for school board, you can still make a difference by voting. School boards are where we can all begin to protect the next generation.

As followers of Christ, we have influence in our homes and communities. When we teach our children and grandchildren to walk in obedience to God -- following His Word -- they will be the beneficiaries of the promises of God.

Will you commit with FRC to take back what has been lost and restore America's schools?

Your generous gift will help FRC expose the far Left's indoctrination, equip Christians with a biblical worldview so they can counter these harmful ideologies, and safeguard the hearts and minds of our children.

Together, let's "train up a child in the way he should go" (Proverbs 22:6) and leave a God-honoring legacy to our children and grandchildren.

Thank you in advance for standing with us for faith, family, and freedom.
