Dear John,
Alliance for Justice’s Bolder Advocacy program is thrilled to launch a major update to Influencing Public Policy in the Digital Age.
With election season upon us, the release of our recently updated social media guide couldn’t be timelier. Many 501(c)(3)s, 501 (c)(4)s, and tax-exempt political organizations will be utilizing social media to connect with their communities and engage in the democratic process. The last thing Bolder Advocacy wants is a roadblock in the form of complex tax and election laws and regulations hindering their digital advocacy.
This guide includes:
- An overview of activities these respective nonprofits can engage in, specifically focusing on federal requirements
- A breakdown of FEC internet regulations and internet communications about federal candidates
- A comprehensive FAQ guide arranged by organization and social media types
Bolder Advocacy understands that advocacy matters now more than ever before. This guide is dedicated to helping nonprofits navigate the social media space and better positions them to engage and mobilize key target audiences effectively and boldly.
