ACLU Supporter, can we talk?

Actually, can you and Miss Peppermint – ACLU’s Artist Ambassador for Transgender Justice – talk?

Anti-LGBTQ lawmakers across the country are attacking our trans communities right now – overwhelmingly through cruel bills that target trans youth and their rights to healthcare and to play sports.

With these harmful bills also comes harmful misinformation about trans people. Someone you know might even be spreading that misinformation along – and that might mean it’s time to chat.

That's why Peppermint is here to help – along with ACLU Staff Attorney Taylor Brown and our Wheel of Incorrect Assumptions, Ideas, and Attitudes. (Catchy, we know!)

Check out our latest video today – and Peppermint and Taylor will equip you with talking points for the tough conversations ahead on trans people, trans justice, and the right to be ourselves.

Good talk,
