This is a cool community of readers.
------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you so much to those of you who introduced yourselves to me last week! I got the chance to have email correspondences with a retired priest in San Fran, a pastor in rural Montana, a deacon in New York, a poet in Massachusetts, two pastors in Texas, an ethical investment advisor in the Church of England, two retired ministers in Australia... and, if you can believe it, many more!

Each conversation has been a delight. If you didn't reach out, the invitation is still open to let me know who you are. I'd love to hear from you.

This week we have some really exciting content at the Century. Below you'll find one of the most popular pieces we've had in memory: an interview with Wil Gafney ([link removed]) about her new women-centered lectionary. There are also two articles that mean a lot to me because they address my former tradition of evangelicalism: one about science in college classrooms ([link removed]) , and one about a popular podcast's investigation of the downfall of Mars Hill Church ([link removed]) in Seattle.

Let me know what you think!
