I was a chief strategist for Bill Clinton when he first ran for president in 1992. This election was historic: our campaign amassed 370 electoral votes, won 32 states plus DC, and we elected the first Democratic president in over a decade.

I’m going to tell you my take on the state of Susie Lee’s race in Nevada but first, can you chip in to help re-elect her and keep Democrats in power?

Even though President Clinton’s race was 30 years ago (unbelievable!), a lot of the same rules for political strategy still apply: analyzing the field, taking stock of our options, then acting accordingly.

The field: In 2022, Democrats are up against an energized Republican base that only needs to flip 5 seats in the House to regain their majority.

Our option: My friend, Congresswoman Susie Lee, is in one of the seats that Trump’s gang of Republicans believe they have the greatest chance of flipping. She’s a tough fighter but she can’t go it alone.

And here’s the part where we need to act: The only way we’re going to save our Democratic House Majority is by supporting incumbents like Susie Lee as often as we can. And you guessed it, now’s the perfect time to do just that.
