Tarrant County voters deserve the truth, not political spin
Friends,

Well, she's at it again. My opponent has proven over and over again that she will do anything and say anything to win. And she's so desperate to win, she is willing to lie and cheat to get there.

As of today, I've now had SIX different Republican leaders tell me that Betsy added their name to her list of campaign endorsements on her website without their consent or knowledge. In fact, one person explicitly told Betsy she was not going to endorse anyone in this race, yet her name still appeared as a public endorser on Price's site. She's so desperate to gain traction, she's willing to make up support she simply doesn't have. But it gets worse.

In January, there was a large Tarrant County Conservative Candidate Fair and Straw Poll. Each candidate was provided the rules in advance (and they were posted through the venue): to vote, attendees had to be physically present at the fair. But when Price realized our campaign was gaining the most traction at the event, she decided to break the rules to try to pull off a last minute, unethical win by sending out the link to her large campaign email database and asking them to vote online.

When the hosts of the candidate fair learned about the blatant and intentional effort to subvert the rules, they discussed disqualifying her from the Straw Poll. But, at my request, they did not. Despite her efforts to cheat, we still won with 65% of the vote.
I believe that Tarrant County citizens deserve leaders who are honest, ethical, and accountable. In the past few weeks, Betsy Price has spent tens of thousands of dollars to call me a liar. But no matter how hard she tries to put political spin on her past or assault my character to take the spotlight off her own past leadership failures, the truth is still the truth. While cities were being burned down and businesses were being destroyed by rioters and looters, Betsy Price was meeting with BLM protestors and encouraging their efforts. While rioters were violently attacking the police across this nation, Betsy was chanting "united together" alongside protestors. While our police were putting their lives on the line to put an end to these violent protests, Betsy was building a $1 million dollar taxpayer-funded Diversity and Inclusion Program (and hiring a Democrat to run it).

If you're tired of the back-and-forth on this issue, I encourage you to do your research. The truth is that her campaign stump speech now doesn't match her summer 2020 actions. But you don't have to take my word for it, take hers:

The truth should never be something that is shaped or dictated by political expediency or personal political goals. It should be based on facts. If Betsy can't own up to her past record, she shouldn't be running for public office.

I value honesty, accountability, and transparency. Those aren't just campaign buzzwords to me - they are principles I adhere to in my daily life as a Conservative, as a family man, and most importantly as a Christian. The people of Tarrant County deserve better than political sleight-of-hand. They deserve the truth.

Early Voting runs now through February 25th and Election Day is March 1st. I would be honored to earn your vote.
