While the snow is starting to melt and the days are getting a little longer here in Iowa, we're not out of winter just yet.
No matter! Room for All is springing forward with a number of new faces and an invite for all our friends, old and new, out there!
Goodbye, and Welcome!
In January, we said goodbye to long-time board members Cyndi Boertje, Darren Major, and Dr. Jerry Van Es. They gave a combined total of 24 years of volunteer service to Room for All, and we're incredibly grateful for their gifts. We also welcomed new board members Vic Karssen and Elliot Weidenaar, along with new staff member Mitch Leet (Program Coordinator). We're seeing many new faces in our work, and it's a delight to know our movement is growing and reaching new hearts and congregations every day.

Blanton-Peale Institute Launches Virtual "Pandemic Sabbath" Retreat Series for Clergy
The Blanton-Peale Institute has designed a 4-part series for clergy (of all denominations and affiliations) to seek renewal, revitalization, and rest after a tumultuous couple years of ministry. The series runs for four days over 2 weeks (a total of only 8 hours) and qualifies for the RCA's new Clergy Revitalization Grant, satisfying the required "retreat/ self-care" portion of the grant.
