My opponent Jim Bognet just filed a lawsuit in federal court trying to force Pennsylvania to hold at-large congressional races instead of using the new district maps being drawn by our state’s Supreme Court.
That means every PA congressional seat would be up for statewide election instead of being decided by the voters of their given district.
It seems Jim Bognet likes his chances statewide better than with the people of Northeastern Pennsylvania!
Voters should choose their representatives, not the other way around.
