The Executive Assistant provides key administrative, business, and personal support to the executive director. Uses professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality to ensure that all inquiries and tasks are completed to the highest standard while working on a collaborative team. Completes multiple conflicting assignments and functions effectively in a high-volume workplace with multiple deadlines necessitating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, and gifted administrative and operations skills. This role provides the Executive Director with crucial logistical and administrative support and supports multiple community and internal projects.

The Policy and Advocacy Director provides co-leadership and oversight of developing policy strategies and works collaboratively with the Membership and Communications Director, Training and Education Director, Executive Director, staff, and consultants. Leads the development, execution, and evaluation of CSVANW’s policy work, both analysis and advocacy, and work closely with member organizations in numerous strategic collaborations to educate policy makers on legislative and budget recommendations to positively impact Indigenous survivors and the direct service organizations serving them.

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of technical assistance to support membership, system tracking of the Coalition’s membership base. Position largely accountable for membership support and onboarding new members, coordinating member access to member benefits, development of promotional materials, administration of membership dues/accounts receivable; Assists the Membership and Communication Director logistical support and event prep. Assists the Coalition’s strategic efforts in training and education that support the mission, goals, and objectives of Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women (CSVANW) and represent the needs and expectations of members.
