At Arena Academy 201 Online, we’ll start our time together with a leadership self-assessment to help you get a better sense of your strengths and weaknesses as a manager. From there, we’ll build out your skills so that you can foster equitable and inclusive teams, disrupt burnout culture, and grow your confidence.
Our trainers will also cover the skills you need to manage programs, including overseeing a budget and using data to manage.
Wednesday’s info session is an excellent opportunity to get your questions answered and learn how to make your application stand out.

If you’re ready to apply, go ahead and get started on your application. It’s due March 7. Applicants must have at least one cycle (three months or more) of campaign experience.
