I'm just going to be direct. This is the MOST CRITICAL time. We're facing vital deadlines as we're fighting the most important abortion battles.
The Supreme Court has again refused to block the Texas abortion ban, even throwing out President Biden's challenge. Now, the Court is deciding the most consequential abortion case in a generation. We've filed THREE critical amicus briefs at the Supreme Court in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to "devastate" the abortion industry, overturn Roe v. Wade, and save countless babies.
Together, we're these helpless babies' last line of defense in court. IN JUST TWO DAYS, we are starting a MAJOR trial against powerful taxpayer-funded pro-abortion interests in what could become a GROUNDBREAKING pro-life case. And TOMORROW we are planning to testify before a state legislature against a bill that would make Roe permanent in the state, even if the Supreme Court overturns Roe.
