Hey, John, have a minute?
Last week we sent out a quick poll, and over 3,200 supporters from across the country shared their grade for Biden's performance on climate so far.
But we didn’t see a response from you, John.
Hearing from you will help us get a pulse of our movement and allow us to use the results as leverage for our work to push the Biden administration to go further.
Thank you for sounding off, John.

John -
A new poll from POLITICO asked people across the U.S. and the globe how they view the performance of their political leaders when it comes to addressing the climate crisis.
When it came to President Biden, the poll found that his base is “furious,” with 80% of Americans who labeled themselves left-leaning saying that the Biden administration is doing too little on climate.1
It’s important for us to know where our movement stands on Biden’s actions so far on climate – so we’re launching our own poll today to hear from you directly.
Sample question:
How satisfied are you with Biden’s actions so far to address the climate crisis?
We’re aware that with a razor-thin majority in Congress, President Biden faces many challenges. We also saw the way that the fossil fuel industry lobbied members of Congress to tank the Build Back Better Act, which would have been the largest investment in climate action in U.S. history.
But we know that there are many actions that Biden can take through Executive Action and decisions he can make about who to appoint to key positions like the Fed Chair and Supreme Court. While we applauded him for his actions like stopping the Keystone XL pipeline, he chose to renominate Jerome Powell to lead the Federal Reserve.
Thank you for taking the time and we look forward to reading your responses.
