Robocalls are getting more and more prevalent, and it's not just annoying: Many of these calls are scams that end up costing Americans hundreds (and even thousands) of dollars, including those who are the most vulnerable.

The Senate has fought to pass a law to take on robocall scammers - but our job is not done and we need to know where top Democrats like you stand if we're going to get this legislation across the finish line.

Americans across the country are being bombarded by robocalls aiming to steal people's hard-earned money.

Last year, Americans received 48 billion robocalls – and nearly 107 million of these calls went to New Hampshire numbers. These calls are interrupting small business owners, distracting hospitals from lifesaving work and preying on seniors. And robocalls aren't just an annoyance: Reports show the average person who was victimized by robocalls last year lost $182 to scammers.

We need to end disruptive robocalls and hold scammers accountable for stealing Americans' hard-earned money. That's why I urgently need to know where top Democrats stand on this critical issue. So please, before our poll closes at midnight, tell us:
