It appears I've become the radical Left's latest target. My Democratic opponent in Indiana, Aaron Calkins, filed a ridiculous lawsuit claiming that I was ineligible for re-election. The lawsuit claimed I supported an insurrection. It's the same ridiculous charge they're using against Madison Cawthorn. Yesterday, the bipartisan Indiana Election Commission unanimously ruled in my favor. However, We MUST fight back against these latest attempts by the left to rig elections.


A new filing by Special Counsel John Durham confirmed Pres. Trump's suspicions that the Clinton campaign was spying on him. This is a bombshell story that the mainstream media is REFUSING to cover. We have to hold them accountable.

Last week, Last week, HCT Chairman Jim Banks' opponent filed a frivolous lawsuit in an attempt to have him KICKED off the ballot. It's the same strategy the Democrats are using against Rep. Madison Cawthorn in NorthCarolina.


Rep. Banks went on to say: "It’s the same ridiculous narrative that Democrats are pushing to bar President Trump’s eligibility to run for office again. And now Democrats are attacking me and trying to takeaway not just my right to run for office, but the right of my voters to vote for their preferred choice to represent them in Congress.”


“This is a joke allegation that will be quickly dismissed and ignored by voters in northeast Indiana,” Banks said in a statement.“Unfortunately, Democrats have tried to turn a serious tragedy into a political tool to strip Americans of their civil liberties and even their right to vote for their preferred candidate"

FORT WAYNE— Today, in response to the Indiana Election Commission’s unanimous dismissal of Democrat candidate Aaron Calkins attempt to ban Rep. Jim Banks from seeking reelection, Rep. Jim Banks released the following statement:



“Congressional Democrats know that they are toast after November. Instead of fighting fair, or implementing policies to help Americans and their electoral chances, they're trying to rig the game. Many Democrats in Washington hope to weaponize the 14th amendment to disenfranchise President Trump’s 74 million voters. I hope they watched today’s unanimous decision.



Biden’s failed presidency has brought America to the brink and Congress’s oversight role is more important than ever. I look forward to holding this administration accountable on behalf of all Hoosiers after 2022.”

Last week, Special Counsel John Durham confirmed what President Trump and his supporters had suspected from the beginning...Hillary Clinton's campaign spied on him in the 2016 election.

The Clinton campaign, according to Durham, "exploited his access to non-public and/or proprietary Internet data" and "enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract."
