Friends,Last week, Congressman Brown testified in front of the General Assembly to support a bill that would outlaw what are called “ghost guns” (or homemade weapons without a serial number.)

Thousands of these guns are coming into Maryland without a background check. They are deadly, they cannot be traced, and they are on the rise.
