John,
Last year, the U.S. House passed a Corporate Profits Minimum Tax to ensure corporations with annual net income over $1 billion don’t get away with paying $0 in taxes. Even as the American people overwhelmingly support tax policies that ensure the rich and corporations pay their fair share, the Senate has failed to act.
Check out Frank’s email below then sign the petition demanding Congress pass a 15% Corporate Profits Minimum Tax to ensure large, profitable corporations start paying their fair share in taxes!
Together, we’re fighting for a tax system that invests in our future―paid for by making the rich and corporations pay their fair share.

John,
Due to a tax code written by clever tax lawyers and Wall Street lobbyists, too many large, wealthy corporations can get away with paying little to nothing in federal income taxes each year. In fact, last year Netflix paid a tax rate of just 1.1% on $5.3 billion in profits[1] while Amazon avoided $5 billion in taxes on $35 billion of income.[2]
In November, the U.S. House passed a 15% Corporate Profits Minimum Tax on corporations with annual net income over $1 billion. This measure would raise $320 billion in revenue over 10 years—money that could be used to lower healthcare costs, make childcare more affordable, invest in education, housing and more.[3] It is also supported by President Biden, but we need your help getting it over the finish line!
Sign the petition to Congress demanding a 15% Corporate Profits Minimum Tax so that large, profitable corporations start paying their fair share in taxes.
According to a polling memo written by President Biden’s pollster and released this week by Americans for Tax Fairness, “Two-thirds of voters believe raising taxes on the wealthiest and corporations will help the economy.”[4]
This is a winning issue with the American people. We just need Congress to act!
Sign the petition and demand Congress implement a Corporate Profits Minimum Tax so wealthy corporations don’t get away with paying $0 in federal income taxes.
Thank you for fighting for a tax code that puts people over corporate profits.
