Week of February 19th, 2022
Friend,
This week Senate Democrats finally realized that inflation is a problem. They had a special meeting to talk about inflation.
For close to a year: they ignored all the warnings, they ignored all the economic reports, and they ignored the voices of millions of Americans who are paying more for gas and groceries every week.
Now, the polling shows they are in trouble, so they are trying to quickly pivot. They are offering gimmicks and slogans, but no real solutions.
We know what needs to be done–
Stop the runaway spending.
Unleash American energy.
Fix the supply chain crisis.
Deal with the labor shortage.
But instead Senate Democrats want to spend more money, buy more energy from our enemies, impose vaccine mandates on hard working Americans, and create more social programs.
Americans know Democrats are out of touch, and they continue to prove it week after week. I’ll continue fighting for your priorities – Inflation, the Border, Jobs, Energy Independence, and a strong Defense.
