John,
In the first half of this school year—between August 1, 2021 and December 31—there have been 136 instances of gun violence at schools across the country. That's four times higher than the average.
We don't have to live like this. We know how to stop this violence and we know how to keep our children safe.
Everytown, Moms Demand Action, and Students Demand Action have never backed down from the hard work it will take to end gun violence. Our volunteers are leading the way by bringing the call to action to school board meetings, community groups, and elected leaders.
We're never going to stop fighting for gun safety. It takes a lot of work and a lot of resources—and to keep our movement going strong, we need you with us right now. Power our work to end gun violence by donating today.

Together, we can build a future where students no longer have to go through active shooter drills at schools, where guns are no longer the leading cause of death for America's children and teens, and where we can all learn and play and worship and go about our business free from the fear of gun violence.
Thank you for being a part of this movement,
Everytown and Students Demand Action
