The GOP has been doing some serious mental gymnastics to avoid reckoning with the deadly insurrection at the Capitol last January.

They’ve downplayed it, refused to work on the committee investigating it, and even threatened the committee members with legal action.

Now, the RNC has gone further and officially declared that the January 6th insurrection was “legitimate political discourse.”

John: Do you agree with the RNC? Was the January 6th insurrection “legitimate political discourse?”
