It's a SOLEMN MOMENT for our nation. It's now been 49 years since Roe v. Wade – when the Supreme Court manufactured a "right" to abortion. And today is a key deadline to fight back.

We MUST redouble our efforts to defend life. Never have we been closer to overturning Roe. It is clear that the ACLJ is needed now more than ever. We are the LAST LINE OF DEFENSE in court.

We've filed 3 critical amicus briefs at the Supreme Court (our most EVER) to overturn Roe v. Wade and defend countless babies. We're involved in TEN critical cases around the country to defeat the abortion industry and save babies.

THIS is the moment. Momentum for life is building as the Supreme Court has again refused to block the Texas abortion ban. TODAY we are submitting testimony before a state legislature to stop a bill that would make Roe permanent in the state's constitution, even if the Supreme Court overturns Roe.

But President Biden has unleashed the taxpayer-funded federal bureaucracy to do everything it can to help Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry defeat us.
