Dear Comrades,

I write today on behalf of the Local Chapter Executive Committee to inform you that the Co-Chair position formerly occupied by Tre Black has been vacated. Pursuant to the Chapter Bylaws, it is the duty of the Executive Committee to appoint a replacement for the remainder of the term.

We are committed to choosing and appointing a Co-Chair who is committed to the success of our Chapter, and who will dedicate themself to furthering our work in the Memphis-Midsouth Community. We encourage anyone interested in serving in this capacity to reach out to us.

We hope to have the vacancy filled in short order, and will keep you apprised of any developments in that regard. In the meantime, the Executive Committee appreciates your patience and understanding, and we remain at your service.
