Friend – did you see the latest news?
I now have not one but TWO anti-Trump Democratic challengers for my 2020 re-election campaign. The newest opponent, John Mues, has called me the "worst senator" while my first opponent, Wilmot Collins, is "Trump's worst nightmare." There's not much that separates these two Democratic opponents – they both want to keep Obamacare and repeal the Trump tax cuts that are helping so many Montana families. Friend, the Radical Left is going do whatever they can to defeat me next November, and it's going to take the support of people like you across our nation to fend off their attacks. Will you join team Daines today? Friend, let me share the political map with you for 2020... Senate Republicans have a slim 3-seat majority, and we're working to defend a whopping 22 seats in 2020 – including mine. We don't have much of a margin for error, and we can't afford to give my opponents an opening to flip this seat and the Senate along with it. We've seen how the unhinged liberals have abused their majority in the House by launching a taxpayer-funded war against President Trump to help fill their campaign war chests. If Wilmot Collins, John Mues, Chuck Schumer, and their well-funded liberal Super PACs flip this seat, we will lose the Republican majority in the Senate and the political witch hunts will get even worse. Let me be clear: A Democrat-controlled Congress would be disastrous for our nation. Friend, you can stop that from happening next year.
