Election experts at Sabato's Crystal Ball just joined the Cook Political Report in officially rating Kim's race a "TOSS-UP."

Sabato's Crystal Ball went on to say that after redistricting, Washington's 8th district is not only one of the country's "top bellwether seats this cycle," but also that all three Republicans running to unseat Kim would be "formidable" opponents.
