Workers of all ages deserve to feel safe and protected at work. What they don’t deserve is being called “dinobabies” who should be fired and made an “extinct species”. The Boston Globe reported earlier this week [[link removed]] that IBM top executives referred to older employees as “dinobabies” in a document that was unsealed by a federal judge. The emails released show that IBM executives have been pushing out older employees and blatantly discriminating against their workforce.
I am suing IBM to hold them accountable for this blatant discrimination and we won’t stop until the workers have justice . I’ve been taking on these battles my entire career and this case against IBM is no different.
My career is defined by taking on corporations like FedEx, Starbucks, Uber and winning. Corporate bad actors won’t get away with taking advantage of workers on my watch.
