Our goal for the Quarter is $500,000 in small-dollar donors, and if the Quarter were to end tonight, we would fall short.

As of this moment, we are still $50,000 short.

UPDATE STATUS

Friend, I know this may seem arbitrary, but let me explain the two reasons this deadline is absolutely critical.

As soon as we hit this deadline, we have to report our funds raised to the FEC. This will be the clearest indication yet of our strength in this race. And, Sen. Cornyn wants to show how strong our commitment to keeping Texas Red is.
This is the very first quarter MJ Hager will also have to post her fundraising numbers and make no mistake, we need to beat her.

I hope you can see why this deadline matters. If we post weak numbers, it’ll be a huge boost to MJ, and we can’t afford to breathe life into her campaign.

Senator Cornyn’s all-important End of Quarter deadline is looming. He asked me to check in on those who haven’t chipped in yet.
