Friend, as I'm writing this, Republicans are actively trying to limit your ability to cast your ballot in the Commonwealth. Let me get you up to speed:
Last month, three of the five judges on a Pennsylvania state court ruled against a no-excuse vote-by-mail law. Thankfully, their ruling is being appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and has not gone into effect, but with this ruling, we are on alert.
Vote-by-mail makes it easier for more Americans to participate in our democracy – so it comes as no surprise that the judges that struck this down were the same Republicans who gave Donald Trump his only Big Lie legal victory in 2020.
After losing in 2020, Republicans have been pushing a radical agenda to make it harder to vote in America. There have been more than 440 voter restriction bills introduced in 49 states across the country – and in some states, including our Commonwealth, these bills have passed. On top of that, there's nonsense like Pennsylvania Republicans' completely bogus, taxpayer money-wasting "election audit" intended to undermine the results of the 2020 election.
An attack on the right to vote is an attack on the very foundation of our Republic and this democracy. But the Republicans know what they're doing; they know that when the people turn out in droves, they lose. I know where I stand on this issue, but I need to know if you're with me, friend. Please, will you let me know by midnight tonight:

Do you support vote-by-mail?

Thank you. There's work to be done.
