Dear Judicial Watch Member,
Do you support Judicial Watch continuing
to fight for honest elections?
This is a very serious and urgent matter, so please hear me out.
Americans have come to believe that the U.S. election system has serious
problems, and that voter fraud is real, widespread and substantial to the
point that it can and does decide the outcome of elections.
And the integrity of our electoral process is being gutted by the
failure of President Joe Biden and other public officials to enforce our
immigration laws and honor the principle that ONLY AMERICAN CITIZENS should
be allowed to vote in U.S. elections.
Judicial Watch believes that our elections should be conducted honestly
and by the letter of the law.
And although it is easy to complain about the Left’s efforts to
oppose election integrity laws and make it easier for illegal aliens to
vote in our elections…Judicial Watch is doing farmore than
complaining!
I
ask for your personal approval for us to continue our investigations and
lawsuits to fight for honest elections, as well as to fight against public
corruption!
I also ask you to back up your approval with
a special tax-deductible contribution.
Thanks to the commitment of Judicial Watch supporters, we have scored a
remarkable series of courtroom victories upholding the rule of law and
honest elections in states including Florida, Missouri, West
Virginia, South Carolina, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky
and California!
We are currently suing Colorado, Illinois, North
Carolina and Pennsylvania over their failure to
clean their voter lists…“dirty lists” increase the
opportunities for voter fraud and can mean
dirtyelections.
And we have warned 14 counties and five states regarding evident
violations of the voter list cleaning provisions of the National
Voter Registration Act…and we will sue them, too, if they
do not correct these violations in a timely fashion!
If the U.S. Department of Justice were to do its job, this is how
election law should be enforced.
But the Biden Justice Department is run by appointees actively hostile
to list maintenance and other election integrity efforts.
And they are attacking states that are passing commonsense laws like
voter ID to ensure honest elections and make certain that only eligible
U.S. citizens are allowed to vote.
That job is up to Judicial Watch, because when it comes to honest
elections, your Judicial Watch is the only game in town.
So, again I ask you:
Do you support Judicial Watch continuing to fight for honest
elections?
Your
best contribution now will help us continue using the courts to
reaffirm our commitment to the rule of law and to the American
people’s “right to know.”
We’re currently pursuing a record number of lawsuits against
several branches of the federal government, and we anticipate filing
more lawsuits against state and county officials who fail to take legally
required actions to take reasonable steps to clean their voter rolls,
which
is why your approval and special contribution are so important!
Thank you for helping us!
Sincerely,
Tom Fitton
President
