Ken Paxton is REALLY worried. He’s running a new attack ad against me that is full of lies and distortions. Typical politician.

He’s DESPERATE to distract voters from his own baggage — he is currently under federal investigation for bribery, corruption, and abuse of office — charges brought against him by his own staff that he hired!

The reality is that Ken has dug himself a pit and he can’t get out of it. Texans shouldn’t be punished for his actions, and we need a conservative Attorney General who will not undermine the office with multiple indiscretions.

Thankfully Texans know my record and won’t be fooled by Ken’s lies. It’s time for an Attorney General who won’t mislead Texans and abuse the office.
