Hi John,
A new year calls for a new round of exciting endorsements!
Today, we're introducing you to our first endorsement class of 2022 and our largest endorsement class yet. Are you ready to meet 119 of the newest faces representing the progressive movement?
Meet our February 2022 Endorsement Class -- 119 of the newest, brightest, diverse young progressives to Run for Something. That's a LOT of candidates, so we suggest finding two endorsees and supporting them with a social media follow, giving a small but meaningful contribution, or getting involved in whatever way you can.
Here's a look at our February endorsement class by the numbers:
What they're fighting to win:
=> 8% Running for Education Offices
=> 55% Running for State Legislature
=> 24% Running for Municipal Offices
=> 13% Running for Legal Positions
Here's how they identify:
=> 64% People of Color
=> 28% LGBTQIA+
=> 55% Women
We all have our reasons for being a part of Run for Something and supporting these diverse young progressives running for office -- maybe we want easier access to the polls on election day, or to fix local infrastructure to work for our community's needs, or to stop the far right's attempts to rewrite children's education everywhere.
All these decisions are happening
at the LOCAL LEVEL.
John, if you want any of these changes, then please chip in $5 or anything you can to help our February Endorsement class and hundreds more diverse young progressives win this November.
