Last week, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan announced he would not run for Senate, joining several other Republican governors who also declined a Senate run this November.
 
Over the weekend, Hogan stated on a Sunday morning talk show that he would not run because, in part, Republicans in Washington were looking toward the past, instead of the future, as they try to “re-litigate” the 2020 election and continue to “focus on the wrong things.”
 
Republicans are focused on the wrong things. While Democrats in Washington worked night and day to get our economy back on track amidst a global pandemic, Republicans instead chose to push Donald Trump’s Big Lie of election fraud.
