John,
From tornadoes in December to “bomb cyclones” in January, the climate crisis has only escalated this winter.
We find ourselves bundling up on a Monday, only to ditch the coat and gloves by Tuesday. For those of us experiencing an unusually warm or cold winter, the effects of the climate crisis are impossible to ignore.
So we want to hear from you, John: What's winter looking like near you? And has it changed over time? Take our quick survey and share with us how climate change has impacted your winter: [[link removed]]

The bottom line is that we need a Green New Deal to protect our communities from the worst impacts of the climate crisis. If we fail to act now, extreme and unpredictable weather conditions will continue to devastate our homes.
But we have the power to plan for our future and ensure that no one has to live in fear of losing the people and places that they love — and that starts with telling our stories. So, John please take a moment to share your experiences with climate change this winter — it helps us understand the human impacts of this crisis so we can make a plan to fight it. [[link removed]]
Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us!
In solidarity,
Team Sunrise
