From their home studios, Jim Briggs (left) and Fernando Arruda compose and perform original music to score every episode of Reveal.
Hi Revealer,

We are thrilled to announce that our audio engineers Fernando Arruda and Jim Briggs will be featured at an upcoming sound design panel on Feb. 24. And we want you to join!

Fernando and Jim will help demystify their process of composing, selecting and arranging audio components that complement the stories of our weekly show. They’ll also lead an interactive sound design exercise with in-person attendees and lead a Q&A session with all attendees.

This hybrid event is hosted by the Association of Independents in Radio (AIR) and the PRX Podcast Garage at beloved San Francisco Bay Area radio station KQED. For in-person participants, proof of vaccination will be required upon entry, and all attendees are required to wear either surgical or N95 masks inside the KQED building. Participants can also attend the event virtually on Zoom.
