Dear John,
With reproductive freedom under attack like never before, I’m wary about the threats we face this year.
However, I remain fully committed to fighting back and pushing forward. That’s why I’m thrilled to share how NIRH is making an impact in 2022 by doing what we do best: protecting reproductive freedom at the state and local levels.
This year, we’re working in 20 states to advance equitable access to reproductive health care. Our goal is to center the needs of the people most impacted by structural racism and systemic barriers – Black, Indigenous, Asian, and Latinx communities, as well as people who are struggling to make ends meet. Our vision goes beyond legal rights. It’s a vision of health justice, where health equity and access align.
I invite you to read more about our partners and initiatives in 2022. [[link removed]]
Thank you for standing with NIRH. With your partnership and support we’re not only able to pass innovative policies, but to build the broad-based movement that forms the foundation of lasting change.
Best wishes,
Alexis R. Posey
