To everyone who impacted our mission in 2021, we kindly extend a warm thank you from the entire team at Families in Transition. Whether you were a donor, a volunteer, or a champion of our mission in the community, you enabled us to bring forward our work. Our ability to serve families and individuals experiencing homelessness and positively affect other issues like food insecurity and substance use directly correlates with your support.

The enormity of what was accomplished last year in serving our community is difficult to summarize on a single page. We hope you get a small glimpse of the effort of everyday heroes through the Our Mission in Action infographic ([link removed])

Together, we made it through another challenging year and served the growing needs of our community. The scope of our work continues to be broad, and we appreciate you being by our side along the way. This work is possible because of your continued generosity.
